


FLY YOGA
Also known as aerial yoga, fly yoga is one of the most popular types of yoga among fitness enthusiasts. Even during the pandemic, it is one of the most booked virtual classes from yoga studios. Fly yoga is easily recognized because instead of doing yoga poses on a mat, you do it using a hanging silk hammock or sling suspended from the ceiling.

FLOW YOGA
Flow yoga is the term often used for any yoga asana practitioner who moves dynamically from one pose to another. Just like in a dance routine, flow yoga poses are timed via inhalation or exhalation counts. It’s like following choreographed movements.

VINYASA YOGA
Vinyasa is the kind of yoga with a mixed and smooth transition from asanas styles to modern yoga poses. It is also characterized by systemized movements timed accordingly at one breath per movement.

HATHA YOGA
Hatha yoga embraces the basic principles of yoga. In a nutshell, it is the kind of yoga that involves breath, body, and mind. The classes last for 45 minutes to 90 minutes, composed of breathing, yoga poses, and meditation.

RESTORATIVE YOGA
Restorative yoga encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. This is the best for any level and is practiced at a slow pace. Its focus is on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing

DEEP STRETCH
Deep stretch or Yin yoga is a stretching class that targets primary muscle groups like the hips and hamstrings. It improves coordination and strength at the core and is perfect for yoga enthusiasts.

INSIDE FLOW
Inside Flow has different sequences and uses slow, fast, upbeat, or relaxing songs. With this yoga, you gently move from one posture to another, based on the rhythm.

Capoeira
Capoeira is a mash-up yoga involving a full-body workout and modern dance moves. It is also a form of Brazilian martial art so it involves a lot of movements for agility, balance, and cardio enhancement.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced yoga following the principles of traditional Chinese medicine and asanas. It targets your deep connective tissues, like fascia and ligaments.

Ashtanga Vinyasa is a yoga style popularized by K. Pattabhi Jois. Somehow, it is referred to as the "modern-day form of classical Indian yoga." This style is best distinguished because of its energetic beat and synchronizing breath with movements.

Concerning yoga, spiritual meditation takes you to the depths of your inner self. It clears your mind and lets you experience joy and peace. It is enlightening and useful for your internal health.
Mindfulness Meditation
Mindfulness meditation is mental training. It teaches you to slow down racing thoughts and avoid pessimism. This adds calmness to your body.


Movement Meditation
Movement meditation is different from regular meditation. It is not all about sitting and focusing on things you do. This type of meditation shows that even your breathing and other inner sensations will be better noticed if you pay attention to your body.
