Inversions
Yoga inversion is one category of yoga asanas. It is distinct because this pose places your head below your heart and hips, hence the “inverting” form of the body. This releases tension, increases circulation and energy levels and strengthens muscles.
Partner Yoga
As the name suggests, partner yoga is also known as couples yoga. It involves two people doing assisted poses. It helps from improving your stretching to the actual poses levels.
Alignment Yoga
Yoga alignment describes yoga postures (asanas). It is necessary to get this part to have a picture-perfect shape.
Anatomy
In yoga, anatomy is vital. Every instructor should understand anatomy because it is the key to the safety of your students. It can help in injury prevention and facilitate the healing process, should there be any untoward incident.
