Dawata Wellness is a health and wellness hub located on Ground Floor, Zenith Central, Lot 2, Block 10, Luzon Ave., Cebu Business Park, Brgy. Hipodromo, Cebu City. It has a yoga studio and an adjacent cafe.

We reserve the right to change any provisions anytime. All changes will be published on the site with the updated date.

Even our format and content may change from time to time. Please refresh your browser each time you visit the website to ensure the latest version.



III. Contributions and Submissions

All content posted or submitted by users of the website are considered our property, including but not limited to:

  • Stories
  • Comments
  • Suggestions
  • Emails

However, we are not responsible for contributions posted to our website as they express the author’s views, not ours

We take your privacy very seriously. Hence, we ensure that all personal information will be used under all applicable data protection laws in the Philippines. Please read our Privacy Policy.

Here at Dawata Wellness, we encourage everyone to practice yoga safely.

Yoga encourages us to be familiar with our bodies. No yoga teacher knows your body well as much as you do. Hence, if anything doesn’t feel right, feel free to take breaks or skip poses that are not suitable for you. 

It is best to consult a physician if you have certain conditions affected by performing certain yoga stunts. This is particularly important if you are:

  • Pregnant
  • Nursing
  • Taking medication
  • Hypertensive
  • Have existing medical condition or injuries

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, especially for contributed materials. Such links are provided for your convenience only. We do not necessarily control such websites and are not responsible for their contents. Moreover, we do not endorse those websites.

 

 

VIII. Payments

For your convenience, our website has a secured payment portal with available payment methods in the form of cash, credit, debit, PayPal, and GCash.

Moreover, please refer to the following provisions regarding promos and other discounts.

  • Additional discounts only apply to regular rates and not to existing promotions.
  • Promotions may not be used in conjunction with other promotions.



IX. Workshops and Training

As part of our services, our workshops and training sessions are non-refundable if canceled 30 days (or less) before the event. Moreover, some administrative charges apply.

 

If you are not available to attend the workshop and cancelation is not an option anymore, you may transfer it to someone before the event. Kindly inform us and have a formal letter ready authorizing the transfer of the workshop pass.

 

 

x. Class Reservations and Cancelations

Please cancel at least four hours before the class schedule for class cancelations.



xi. Decorum

Please refrain from engaging in any unlawful, infringing, harmful, harassing, defamatory, threatening, vulgar, sexually explicit, racist, violent, immoral, religiously offensive, hateful, or otherwise objectionable act or language that affects one’s privacy.

 

 

xii. Severance

If any of our provisions should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable because of the laws in the Philippines, we will proactively delete them from this document. However, the remaining clauses shall stay in full force and effect and remain binding and enforceable.

 

 

xiii. Waiver

Any actions that may breach these Terms will not be tolerated. We have the right to enforce sanctions even if we find out about the breach later.



xiv. Law, Courts, and Language

Our website follows all rules and regulations by Philippine law. The Philippine courts shall govern all disputes related to the clauses and the use of our website. Moreover, our Terms will always be in the English language only.
